Challenge 4: 30 Days to LIVING CLEAN Challenge!

Take time out to think and do things that help your life to be fulfilled.  Your mind and body being clean will help you to accomplish so much more!!! Some scripture that comes to mind are:

“Whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are of good report, if there be any virtue, and if there be any thing praiseworthy, think on these things” Philippians 4:8  and “Whatever you eat or drink, whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 31:10. 

He created us. Our life is really the life he gave us, so why not live it to the fullest in a clean way?  Continue to follow your plan of spending time with God intentionally.  Add on to this plan by decreasing the outside influences that can be negative or block you from you progress. Try to clean up your thoughts and think about yourself positively with affirmations like I’m beautiful, a queen, and will forgive others.  Last, create a meal plan to clean up what you eat.  Try to add in fresh fruits and veggies and decrease processed, fried, and baked goods.  As you come into feeling more healthy and of sound mind, you will be blessed!
